Parkour

Parkour involves seeing one's environment in a new way, and imagining the potential for navigating it by movement around, across, through, over and under its features. The training focuses on learning to move freely over and through any terrain. Skills involving running, jumping, climbing and various quadrupedal movements.

 

Junior Parkour (Ages 6 to 12)

12pm - 1pm

Advance Parkour (Ages 6 to 12)

Mondays, Wednesdays

5pm - 6pm

Sundays

11am - 12pm
